We’re all celebrating at Cantec this week after we were among the winners at the annual Waterford Business Awards ceremony, held in Faithlegg House Hotel & Golf Resort on Friday night.
Cantec was honoured with top prize in the ‘Customer Service Excellence’ category. It is an award we are particularly proud to receive, as excellence in customer service has been a central part of our ethos ever since we were first established back in 1994. We continue to pride ourselves on delivering top-quality service and support to all our clients, all over Ireland, to this day.
Our Directors, Greg Tuohy and Eadaoin Carrick (brother & sister), accepted the award on behalf of Cantec, while several other staff members were also among the attendance of more than 250 on the night.
Greg and Eadaoin afterwards spoke of our delight at winning the award, and paid tribute to all who helped make it possible.
We are honoured to receive this award in recognition of our excellent levels of customer service, which we have always maintained to the highest standards possible. We realise that the services we provide are essential to the efficient operation of any workplace, and so reliability is of the utmost importance. That is why we also go the extra mile with our customer support and call-out service, to quickly deal with any problems as they arise, or even to prevent them from occurring in the first place.

Eadaoin echoed his joy.
